With a clear understanding of our client’s needs, Rexco People adopts a range of tailored strategies to source and attract the best candidates.

These include but are not limited to software programs, social media, established industry and business networks and digital and traditional media advertising.

Off-market strategies are often adopted on the basis that many of the best candidates aren’t always actively seeking new employment.

Rexco People also has its own candidate pool, which has already been pre-qualified for suitable roles with candidates sourced from this pool, where relevant.

The organisation adopts a strict selection and screening process which assesses candidates based on their cultural fit, skills and experience, behavioural assessments and mandatory screenings.

Interviews and testing methodologies are tailored to the requirements of the employer and the role. These are agreed with the employer in advance.

Rexco People manages all the contractual administration for the successful candidate/s, with further and final verification undertaken before employment offers are finalised.

If required, the organisation also manages all induction processes for permanent employees including occupational health and safety.

Guarantee Period

A suitable guarantee period is agreed from the outset with all clients. Guarantee periods vary according to the nature of employment and client needs.

Guarantee periods typically vary from three to six months.
