Our extensive candidate database covers a wide range of Trades, Semi-skilled, and Production personnel, as well as Professional, Para-Professional, Technical, Clerical & Administration staff. This reflects the diversity
of our client base built up over many years of operation.

Rexco People is able to custom design a screening process for specific clients. All candidates are assessed against the following
minimum criteria: 1. An interview with one of our experienced recruitment consultants.
2. Proof of activity – qualifications, certificates, training accreditation. 3. Proof of identity – candidates must present a current drivers license or equivalent identification.
4. Proof of residency - candidates must declare whether they are legally entitled to work in Australia.
Relevant supporting documentation is retained on file. 5. Employment history. 6. Reference checks.
7. Ability testing relevant to position/job description requirements.
