Our Recruitment and Selection team has significant experience within the Recruitment and Labour Hire Industry.  Team members have proven skills in all facets of recruitment including interviewing, selection, reference checking and ability testing.  Their combined expertise provides Rexco People with the ability to place a diverse range of personnel in a wide variety of industries, in a timely, effective and professional manner.

In the process of placing suitable candidates, our recruitment team:-

Finalizes job profiles and scrutinizes our database of candidates

    Our extensive candidate database covers a wide range of Trades, Semi-skilled, and Production personnel, as well as Professional, Para-Professional, Technical, Clerical & Administration staff. This reflects the diversity of our client base built up over many years of operation.

Advertise for the position(s) as necessary.

Carefully screen and select candidates.

    Rexco People is able to custom design a screening process for specific clients. All candidates are assessed against the following minimum criteria:

    1. An interview with one of our experienced recruitment consultants.

    2. Proof of activity – qualifications, certificates, training accreditation.

    3. Proof of identity – candidates must present a current drivers license or equivalent identification.

    4. Proof of residency - candidates must declare whether they are legally entitled to work in Australia.
        Relevant supporting documentation is retained on file.

    5. Employment history.

    6. Reference checks.

    7. Ability testing relevant to position/job description requirements.

Rexco People recognise that the successful placement of a candidate in a client's organization requires a careful evaluation of job relevant abilities. To facilitate this assessment, our recruitment team is accredited to administer ability testing. Testing includes any or all of the following;

  • RAI test module developed with TAFE - includes literacy, numeracy and mechanical aptitude

  • Manual dexterity

  • Mechanical reasoning

  • Written weld tests

  • Quiz Online skill assessments

  • Psychometric profiling

  • Client specific requirements
