It is Rexco People practice that a specific Labour Resource Manager be allocated to each client to coordinate all aspects of the relationship. The manager's
responsibilities include liaison with the client nominated supervisor(s) regarding all aspects of labour requirements, safety, payroll, administration and personnel issues relating to the Rexco People workforce and its interaction
with the client's workforce.
Regular site visits are organised with Client Management/Human Resource personnel, to monitor the operational, commercial, contractual, and strategic issues of the relationship.
Our team of Labour Resource Managers has strong and relevant industry experience.
Relevant? The selection of a Rexco People Labour Resource Manager is based not just on their Human Resource Management
skills, but also their previous work experience in industry. Members of our Labour Resource Management team have work experience encompassing Fitting, Boilermaking and Welding, Rigging, Plumbing and Construction, and
Administration. Their industry networks, experience and training ensure a complete understanding of labour requirements and availability forecasting, industry trends, technical expertise, industrial relations and benchmarking
developments and initiatives.
Your designated Rexco People Labour Resource Manager and Recruitment Manager will visit your site to familiarise themselves with every aspect of your operational requirements to create job
profiles. From the knowledge and understanding gained, and through constant contact with your supervisory staff, our Recruitment and Selection processes may then be utilised to their full advantage.
